Working on patients, we can’t see a thing without our light, and we found we were having the same issue trying to brush our own kids teeth at home. I knew there had to be a better way! Announcing the brushaboo lighted toothbrush! Navigate your kids brushing routine and make it fun, no more blindly brushing!
Our Family’s Story
Brushaboo started at home — just like most parenting challenges do.
We’re a family of dentists and parents who know firsthand that brushing little teeth isn’t always easy. As moms and dads, we’ve been there: a squirmy toddler, a tiny mouth, dim bathroom lighting, and that constant question in the back of your mind — “Did I actually get everything clean?”
In the dental office, we could clearly see plaque, buildup, and missed spots. At home, brushing our own kids’ teeth felt like guesswork.
So we decided to change that.
Brushaboo was created out of a simple idea: parents should be able to see what they’re brushing. We wanted a toothbrush that made oral care easier, more effective, and even a little fun for kids — without gimmicks. The built-in white light illuminates the mouth so parents can clearly see teeth and gums, helping ensure a truly clean brush every time.
We designed Brushaboo with our own children in mind — something gentle, playful, and safe, but also rooted in real dental science. Every detail, from the light to the size and shape, was thoughtfully created to help parents feel confident and kids feel comfortable.
Brushaboo isn’t just a product to us — it’s something we use every day in our own home. It’s our way of combining what we know as dentists with what we live as parents.
Because when it comes to our kids’ smiles, seeing really is believing.
